Financial Targets 2025-2026
In the annual report for 2024, Bank Leumi published its financial targets for 2025-2026.
The Bank’s growth strategy focuses on key strategic segments, among them are infrastructure, real estate, commercial lending, and mortgages. In parallel, Leumi continues to implement advanced technological solutions, strengthening its competitive edge and supporting ongoing improvement in its cost-efficiency ratio, one of the best globally.
These strategic priorities are reflected in the Bank’s financial targets.

*ROE and capital return targets are both subject, among other things, to the removal of restrictions on capital distribution set by the Bank of Israel
And the Bank of Israel’s instructions. Macroeconomic assumptions: Annual CPI averaging 2.5-3.0% and an average BOI interest rate of 3.75-4.25%.
