Tamar Mass has been serving as Head of the Strategy and Headquarters Division as of March 2024. 

Before that she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of the Strategy Department. 
Prior to joining Leumi, Mass served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Retail Strategy at Discount Bank. Before that she worked as a manager in a consulting firm.

Mass holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from The Herzliya IDC.
