The Group has defined four major strategic objectives which outline its vision:
1. Improving our service model and value propositions to targeted segments.
2. Implementing a customer-centric corporate culture which focuses on training and motivating employees
of the organization in line with the Group's vision and core values.
3. Improving efficiency and flexibility by focusing on human resources, information technology and
procurement.
4. Creating a high-quality, innovative technological environment by focusing on improved business
performance and the Bank's ability to react quickly to constant changes in its operating environment.
