Need receive foreign currency from  Israel or from abroad? Here are the details you need in order to complete the transfer

1. Leumi's SWIFT code is LUMIILITXXX 
2. IBAN number - can be found in the following ways:

• On the Leumi website -after logging into your account choose: "Reports and confirmations" >> "Confirmation of account ownership"
• On the Leumi mobile application - after logging into your account choose: "Actions" >> "For you" >> "Reports" >>  "Confirmation of account ownership"

Please note:
The IBAN number for a foreign currency account is different from the IBAN number in a local currency account (NIS).

If you want to receive the transfer in local currency (NIS) - you must specify the IBAN number in NIS, which is available on the Leumi website >> Log into your account and choose: "Transfers and payments >> "IBAN numbers". 
If you want to receive the transfer in foreign currency - you must specify the IBAN number in foreign currency, which is available on the Leumi mobile application >> Log into your account and choose: "Settings" >> "Account details" >> "IBAN numbers"

• The bank code for Bank Leumi is 10.
• The branch can be found on the branch locator >>

As of January 1, 2018, all transfers in foreign currency through Swift must include information regarding both parties of the transfer, as detailed below:
The sender - full name of the sender, account number and full address: street, street number, city, zip code country.
The recipient – full name of customer and account number at Bank Leumi.
According to local regulation, as of March 31, 2020, all international transfers to Israel must include an IBAN number.
When providing a payment instruction to the sender please include your full name in English (as appears in your account at Leumi) and your full address.

A transfer that lacks one or more of the details as stated above will not be accepted at Bank Leumi.                         
Please note that Leumi may have to return the money to the sender.
